Ilyushin Finance announces its first order for CS300s

IFC ordered CS300s in 2013 and later considered canceling the order; it reduced the order in 2016; it hopes to persuade carriers to order both the CS300 and the MS-21, which it sees as "complementary" aircraft (795 words, 1 table [IFC is among Bombardier's major customers for the CS300])
