Deputy Prime Minister orders related ministries to develop measures to prevent wage arrears to employees of bankrupt airlines, after an investigation showed that the employees of an airline that was liquidated in 2012 still haven't received their back pay; one of the current major Russian airlines has recently had problems with paying wages (850 words)
