After failing to be appointed to operate Budapest-Moscow flights, the low-cost carrier hopes to have its own Russian airline; it wants to base aircraft in Moscow and start domestic routes in 2014; however, it doesn't have an AOC and obtaining it may prove difficult (978 words)
