We came to this conclusion based on the FAVT data for January-November 2014; Maxim Sokolov's forecast for traffic growth on domestic routes may also be unrealistic (550 words, 4 tables [confirmed passenger data for January-November 2012-2014; confirmed data for January-December 2012-2013 and Transport Ministry forecast for 2014; confirmed data for December 2012-2013 and Concise Aerospace estimates for December 2014; year-on-year growth of passenger traffic in each month in January-November 2014])
