VIM Avia resumes flights to the EU after being banned for seven months

The prohibition was imposed by the FAVT in November 2011 after VIM Avia failed a surprise check in Paris; the company was not put on the EU blacklist, and is cleared for European flights after passing comprehensive inspections (652 words)
