Norilsk Nickel gets approval from Federal Antimonopoly Service to sell Nordavia to Moscow-based Sky Invest

The FAS decision is surprising because it blocked a proposed 2015 sale to another Norilsk Nickel entity; the owner of Sky Invest also holds a stake in Red Wings Airlines, so it seems possible that Red Wings and Nordavia could work together (460 words, 1 table [passenger traffic of Red Wings Airlines and Nordavia in 2013-2015])
