Czech producer of the L-410, controlled by Russia's UGMK, sees lower than expected demand, largely because of fewer sales to Russia

The L-410 is now too expensive for Russian regional carriers; to make it more affordable, UGMK plans to start limited production in Russia in 2017; meanwhile, for the Czech-made aircraft, it works to obtain increased orders from other countries (1,067 words, 1 table [L-410s in the fleets of Russian airlines as of 11 November 2015])
