Despite steady increases in the number of routes, the number of passengers carried has been decreasing since 2013; unlike other subsidy programs, the Far East program has restrictions on the categories of passengers who qualify to buy tickets (725 words, 3 tables [passenger transportation in 2009-2015, major participating airlines and most popular routes in 2014 and 2015])
