Based on the preliminary data, Russian airlines need to carry 8 million passengers in December 2014 in order to reach the Transport Ministry's forecast of 95 million passengers for the full year (370 words, 2 tables [data for 11mo 2011-2013 and preliminary for 11mo 2014, and year-on-year changes)
