VIM Avia respond to threats of the governor of Magadan region to have its AOC annulled for cancelling Magadan flights

VIM Avia explains that it cancelled flights due to low demand and that passengers will receive refunds or fly Transaero; it also cancelled flights to Blagoveschensk in August and passengers reportedly didn't complain; the company plans to operate more Far Eastern flights in 2015; it has received four aircraft in 2014 and may receive eight more aircraft by the end of the year (500 words)
