Russia considers eliminating visa requirement for some foreign transit passengers

The bill, to be discussed by the Duma, may limit the countries and airports affected; it may also offer visa-free transit only to foreigners who use Russian airlines, which the bill's designers believe would help Russian airlines increase traffic and reduce ticket prices on domestic routes (596 words)
