Things looking better at Mielec

Management of PZL Mielec looking for full year profit on the back of strong orderbook

Daniel Romanski, Chief Exectuive Officer of the PZL Mielec aviation plant in Mielec, south-east Poland, has said that he expects the company to report a profit at the end of the current financial year. He told reporters that: "We have achieved a profit over the past few months and it looks as if it will remain this way". This was endorsed by Zbigniew Dzideczek, PZL's Chief Trading Officer, who said that the company has already received orders worth $120m and is expecting more in the coming months.
