Yak-40 crashes

Tire blow-out during emergency landing, with no casualties reported (90 words)

On 25th September, a Yak-40 belonging to state-owned Petropavlovsk Kamchatski Airlines crashed during an emergency landing in Tigil settlement, Koryakski Autonomous District, in the Kamchatka Peninsula.
According to reports, the aircraft's landing gear collapsed after a tire blew out on landing. No injuries were reported among the 24 passengers and four crew on board, but weather conditions are reported to be so poor that the investigation team have not been able reach to the settlement to assess the incident.
