New General Director for Aviakor

Temporary manager gets the job

With the departure of Andrei Karklin as General Director of Aviakor in Samara, the board of directors has confirmed the plant's temporary manager Viktor Petrishchev as the new General Director. Previously, Petrishchev had served as Deputy Finance Director of the plant and his confirmation is a surprise to some, given the view, expressed at the time of his temporary appointment in February, that that he would was a stopgap until a more suitable General Director could be found.
