Sheremetyevo avionics service centre

ARIA and Rockwell Collins have opened a centre to service avionics at Moscow Sheremetyevo airport. Initially, it will service TCAS-2 collision avoidance systems, required on every aircraft flying to the United States. Rockwell Collins has supplied diagnostic equipment and check-out technology, with ARIA providing a technical building and having trained its specialists in the United States. Rockwell Collins' co-operation with Aeroflot will expandafteritstenBoeing737-400sand20 Il-96M/T aircraft are in service.(IN598.10) (VZ)
