Skytruck delivered from Poland

New Skytruck leaves from Venezuela

The first Skytruck M 28 plane produced in Poland"s PZL aviation plant in Mielec since its rescue from bankruptcy has left for Venezuela as one of 12 ordered by the Venezuelan National Guard. Developed from the Polish powered PZL Mielec (Antonov) An-28 with new P&W engines and Hartzell propellers, the M-28 is a STOL twin turboprop that received its Polish certificate in 1996. The reported cost of the Skytruck is between $4 and $4.5 million.
