Published: 12/22/2000

The MAK Aviation Register has issued a type certificate for the Interavia I-1L two-seat multipurpose light aircraft, manufactured by the Lukhovitsy Mechanical Plant (LMZ), a subsidiary of RSK MiG. The aircraft is certified under the AP-23 regulations for - cargo, training, and special flights. It has a take-off weight of 880 kg, is powered by a 150hp Textron-Lycoming -320-E2A with a Muhlbauer two blade props, and has a range of 600 km. The price range of the aircraft is between $70,000-$75,000, LMZ estimate potential sales to be somewhere in excess of 500 units. Apparently, the factory built a number of units in 1995, but it is unclear whether these have been sold.
