Agreement to share Tallin-Kiev route

Aerosvit and Estonian Air route share (120 words)

On the 1st October a route sharing agreement came into effect between Estonian Air and the Ukrainian Airline Aerosvit (Airworld). The agreement allows Aerosvit, the third largest Ukrainian carrier, to sell tickets for Estonian Air's Tallin-Kiev route, but allows only Estonian Air's planes to fly the route. Estonian Air currently flies Being 737's between Tallin and Kiev three times each week. The announcement comes shortly after the cancellation of troubled Air Ukraine's flights to neighbouring Lithuania. A slack which will be picked up by Lithuanian Airlines from the 28th October with an increase from three flights a week to five.
