Tajiki Su-25 flight data recorder found

The onboard flight data recorder of the Su-25 aircraft of the Collective Peacekeeping Force in Tajikistan, which crashed in Tajikistan, has been found, a Russian Defence Ministry official told ConCISe.The condition of the data recorder is such that the data contained in it can be interpreted only under special laboratory conditions of a military institute in Moscow, the official said. The Su-25 plane crashed in Tajikistan, 150km south of Dushanbe, on the morning of 11 April. Both pilots died. The plane was on a routine training flight in the run-up to joint exercises.(DF598.2) (VZ)
