The reason is that Zhukovsky International Airport was removed from the official list of airports in the Moscow aviation hub; this means that Zhukovsky becomes a new destination under the intergovernmental agreement, requiring a competitive tender to choose a Kyrgyz carrier to operate flights (701 words)
