As expected, UAC and COMAC sign a memorandum to jointly develop the aircraft; Pogosyan says that the aircraft's target markets will be Russia, the CIS, and Southeast Asia, and that it may get up to 10% of the global market by 2032; Russia and China may also cooperate to develop the aircraft's engine (1055 words)
