The Board reportedly also approves proposal for Aeroflot to keep most of the overflight fees it receives from foreign airlines; Aeroflot believes it is entitled to the money to offset lost revenues, as the FAVT now allows Transaero and other airlines to operate international routes where Aeroflot used to have a monopoly (1178 words)
